Keep track of your spending, rewards, and exclusive features available only in the Amex App. Securely log in with your existing User ID and Password from americanexpress.com.sg or use the Fingerprint log-in option for fast and secure access.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT EFFICIENTLY:

• Activate your new American Express® Card using your registered email or phone number
• Quickly access your Card Account with fingerprint log-in or retrieve/reset your User ID and Password
• View, edit, or add an email address (applicable to Basic Card Members only)
• Utilize Amex Pay for mobile contactless payments on Android devices or scan Amex-accepting QR Codes
• Freeze/unfreeze your Card* to restrict purchases when it's misplaced without closing your account

TRACK YOUR SPENDING:

• Check your balance, view past PDF statements, and see pending transactions
• Enable Purchase Alerts for real-time spending monitoring
• Receive notifications for balance details, payment received, payment reminders, and missed payment reminders (Basic Card Members only)
• Easily search transactions from the last 7 months by merchant name, date range, with results including credits, debits, and transactions of Basic and Supplementary Card Members

• Cards issued by banks are not compatible with the Amex Mobile App
